Description
Exploring strong shapes and structures through a set of mod-
els incorporating linkages, levers and winders.
Investigate why things are the shape they are and how dierent
materials are useful for dierent tasks. Explore how materials
are shaped to make them more useful and learn how to build
strong structures.
All kits include Teacher’s Notes, Discovery Pack with additional
models and worksheets and individual assembly instructions
including a ‘Follow the Force’ section for each model.
The 10 core models include: Lever Hoist, Mechanical Puppet,
Snapping Snake, Flapping Bat, Tower Crane, Draw Bridge,
